Owners, trainers and riders,
I would first like to thank everyone who attended our inaugural show in 2009. We were pleased with the turnout, and look forward to expanding in 2010.
Moving forward into 2010, our goal remains the same: to provide a series of economical shows, where footing and quality are the number one priority and to develop both our young horses and riders.
In keeping with the concept from last year, we will offer four classes per day, and the show will be expanded to two days. Different from last year, we will allow a schooling session each day at 8:00am for those who need it. Classes will begin at 10:00am, allowing ample time to trailer in for the day.
Highlighting each day will be a feature class at 4:00pm. This year we are welcoming some new sponsors who are very excited to be part of the show.
The entry fee structure will remain the same as 2009, which will be $25 per class. The open jumper division will be $50 per class, and will offer $7500 in prize money.
Fees will remain non-existent, with the exception of a late entry penalty. We believe it is very important to run our schedule in a timely manner, so riders and trainers can show up and know when their class will start and when it will finish. In order for us to create an accurate schedule, we need to know numbers before the day of the show. Entries will close on May 6th, entries received after this day will be assessed a fee of $50. The schedule is for the good of everyone, and we request you get your entries on time. This will make everyone’s life much easier. Updated schedules can be found the day before the show at www.shows.angelstonefarms.com
Angelstone Farms will also be offering a limited amount of stabling from May 7-10 at a cost of $160 per stall. Inquiries for reserving stalls should be sent to info@angelstonefarms.com
We hope this series of shows will be a great benefit to everyone and great way to kick off the 2010 season. I look forward to seeing everyone in May!
